We are looking for a highly organized Kitchen manager/chef for a soon to be open first ever Kosher Beergarden (non dairy) located in Crown Heights/Lefferts Gardens. Experience with modern Jewish American comfort food as well as strong leadership and organizational skills are required for the position.
This role will encompass all the duties that an executive chef handles, including menu creation and execution, ordering and costing, employee retention and training, rigorous health department protocols and more. Compensation, commensurate with experience. 5 Days.
Our ideal candidate will have several years hands-on experience on a busy line, playing multiple roles in the kitchen while maintaining high standards in cleanliness and strict adherence to recipes and plating instructions with a positive attitude.
